OVERVIEW

At PEFI we understand that when you pay for injector services, you're not simply paying for an injector cleaning.  Knowledgeable customers expect noticeable performance improvements accompanied by accurate information which can help diagnose stubborn drivability & performance problems & help make sound tuning decisions-yielding the right results for the right reasons. After all, an EFI system is only as good as the information put into it.  Furthermore, few  ECU configurations are more important than the injector characterization tables. 

For this reason, we've spent over a decade & tens of thousands of dollars developing & refining our one-of-a kind injector flow benches & associated  data collection & reporting metrics. Utilizing 2 fuel-specific, custom-engineered flow benches, we can accurately & repeatably test gasoline injectors up to 300 PPH, as well as all known alcohol injectors on the market up to 1500+PPH! (i.e.: Atomizer, FT, Moran, AFIS,)

Our flow test service includes:

-Semi-customizable, 5-point static & dynamic testing. Choose test RPM, Fuel pressure, Voltage, & Injector driver output (where optional) via our Test Request Form (attached below).

Note: Additional testing available at additional charge.

-Accurate Static, Dynamic, injector dead-time, coil impedance, leak, & spray pattern characterization testing before & after ultrasonic cleaning.

-2 cycles of ultrasonic cleaning minimum.

-Top & Bottom O-Ring replacement available as specified or where needed. (Additional charges apply)

-Full color, 3-Part Flow Report outlining injector linearity, point-flow deviation, & set performance summary results. (See details below)

-5 Day turn-around standard. 1-Day Express service available at additional charge. (Call for details)
